Terms of service

These terms govern your use of AI Engineer Path (the "service"), operated by Jay Prakash Kumar ("we"). By using the service you agree to them.

The service

AI Engineer Path provides an online learning programme: original lessons, simulations, exercises, quizzes and progress tracking, plus links to and embeds of third-party material. We may improve, change or remove features over time.

Accounts

You need an account for sync and Pro. Keep your sign-in email secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. One person per account.

Payments and Pro

• Pro is a one-time payment that unlocks Pro content for your personal use for as long as the service operates.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay (India) or Lemon Squeezy (international, acting as merchant of record). We never receive your card or UPI details.
• Refunds follow our refund policy.

Your licence to our content

Our lessons, simulations, exercises and other original material are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial learning. Please don't copy, resell, republish or share Pro material or account access.

Third-party content

Videos are embedded from YouTube using YouTube's official player and are subject to YouTube's Terms of Service; they belong to their creators and are free to watch. Links to external sites are provided for convenience; we don't control and aren't responsible for them.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, overload or bypass access controls of the service, or use it to harm others.

No guarantees

The service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep lessons accurate but don't guarantee they're error-free, or any particular job or career outcome. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Contact: support@aiengineerpath.in.
