Refund, cancellation and delivery

What you're buying

Pro is a one-time purchase (₹499 in India, $9 elsewhere) that unlocks AI Engineer Path's Pro content on your account for as long as the service operates. It is not a subscription and never renews or charges you again.

Delivery

Pro is a digital service delivered online. Access is activated on your account automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed, normally within a minute. Nothing is shipped. If Pro isn't active within 24 hours of a successful payment, email support@aiengineerpath.in with your payment reference and we'll activate it manually.

Refunds

• You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, for any reason. Email support@aiengineerpath.in from the address on your account.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
• When a refund is issued, Pro is removed from the account. Your progress and free access remain.
• After 7 days, purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or in case of duplicate payment, which we always refund.

Cancellation

There is nothing to cancel: Pro is a single payment. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.
