Privacy policy

We collect as little as we can, use it only to run the service, and never sell it. This policy explains what we hold and your rights over it.

What we collect, and why

• Without an account: your progress is stored only in your own browser. We don't receive it.
• With an account: your email address (to sign you in), your progress data (to sync it across devices), and your plan.
• Purchases: the payment provider, amount, status and reference. Card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay or Lemon Squeezy and never reach us.
• Scholarship requests: the text you send us, used only to review the request.
• Analytics: privacy-friendly, cookieless page statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics). No advertising trackers.

Embedded videos

Videos load from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com) and only after you press play. Once playing, YouTube's own privacy policy applies to that video.

Who processes your data

Supabase (authentication and database), Cloudflare (hosting and analytics), Razorpay and Lemon Squeezy (payments), and your email provider for sign-in links. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

Retention and your rights

• We keep account data while your account exists. Delete your account any time from the Account page and your profile, progress and requests are erased.
• Purchase records may be retained as required by tax and accounting law.
• You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, or raise a grievance, under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and similar laws. Email support@aiengineerpath.in.
